Detailed Risk and Method Statements (RAMS) can be provided upon request for your project.

Please note that payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date, with late payments subject to a charge of 8% per week.

For quotations over £10,000, a 30% advance payment is required upon acceptance, along with staged payments throughout the project.

Cancellations

 

No charge will occur if a project is cancelled 72 hours (3 days) before commencement date.

If cancelled within 48 hours 50% of quotation will apply

If cancelled within 24 hours 100% of quote will apply

We don’t currently subscribe to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme as we are very confident that we will resolve any complaints professionally and courteously.
